Key responsibilities:
Review and transform the existing training deck into a Train-the-Trainer version.
Ensure the TTT version is engaging and aligned with adult learning principles.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align on content delivery and tone.
Support trainers in delivering consistent training sessions.
