Job description

Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Assistant

Location:Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Job Type: Start as Part-Time (15-20 hours per week) and transition to Full-Time (40 hours per week) eventually

Job Summary

We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support and optimise our day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in helping the business run smoothly—interacting with customers, stockists, and suppliers, while also improving systems and processes. As part of your journey, you’ll gain access to over $10,000 worth of premium e-commerce training, equipping you to grow with us and treat this role like your own venture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with general support
  • Reach out to and manage relationships with stockists
  • Coordinate with influencers and content partners
  • Oversee inventory and supplier communication
  • Help organise packaging and fulfillment logistics
  • Use Shopify, Google Suite, and Canva to support daily tasks
  • Add creative input where possible (visual or written)

Qualification:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce (Shopify knowledge essential)
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and Canva
  • Super proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented
  • Strong communicator with a keen eye for process
  • Creative mindset is a big plus
  • Interested in long-term growth and learning
