We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate law, contract management and legal compliance within a dynamic business environment. Job description:

Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and organizing contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Participate in the identification and tracking of key contract terms, obligations, and potential risks.
Give accurate and timely counsel to key stakeholders and executives across the business on variety of legal topics.
Assist in drafting legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, memoranda, and other contracts. Review and provide feedback on standard legal forms and templates.

Requirements:

Current first or second-year law student at an accredited law school.
Strong interest in corporate law, intellectual property, and contract management.
Work experience in a similar in-house position or positions in a law firm, in house or a mix of both.
Strong practical and demonstrable understanding of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.
A self-starter mentality, ability to juggle multiple different tasks and projects at once, and desire to take ownership of issues.
Comfort exercising sound judgment and making recommendations quickly.
High attention to detail and well-developed time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
