About The Role
As a Merchandising Operations Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining product information integrity across our e-commerce platform. You’ll collaborate with brand partners to ensure accurate, compelling product content while supporting our merchandising systems and processes.
What You’ll Do
Manage new item setup processes by adding products to our systems, including:
Communicating with brand partners to secure best-in-class content
Performing quality analysis on product information
Importing data and digital assets
Auditing webpage content for completeness and accuracy
Synthesize large quantities of complex data into usable, actionable information
Participate in system implementation projects including requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, and issue resolution
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar field
1-3+ years of experience in a computer-driven corporate environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to operate and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to convey key insights from complex analysis
Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for improving processes
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce or catalog management
Prior experience with Software Quality Processes and Atlassian tools (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
Experience with ERP systems
SQL and/or Tableau skills

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22 to $26/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
