This is a remote position.
1. Paid Media Management & Optimization
Plan, launch, and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Monitor ad performance and optimize based on CTR, ROAS, conversion rates, and cost per result
Manage and adjust advertising budgets to maximize profitability
2. Creative Strategy & Execution
Research successful ad creatives in competitor stores and Facebook Ad Library
Develop scroll-stopping copy, visuals, and video content for ad campaigns
Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing ad creatives and messaging
3. Campaign Launch & Management
Set up and manage campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (preferred)
Define and test custom audiences including interest-based, lookalike, and retargeting segments
Optimize audience targeting to reduce acquisition costs and improve ROAS
4. Performance Analytics & Reporting
Track results using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify
Analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) to inform ongoing strategies
Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ads with data-backed decisions
5. Strategic Support
Collaborate on paid media strategy development and refinement
Suggest product ideas by researching trending items for the website (dropshipping model)
Communicate findings, insights, and suggestions for improvement to the business owner
Proven experience managing and optimizing Facebook & Instagram ads, ideally for e-commerce brands
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify
Strong creative eye and experience developing engaging ad creatives (copywriting and visuals)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions
Experience in the apparel or women’s wear industry is a plus
Self-motivated, responsive, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Available for flexible part-time work during afternoons/evenings in the AUS/NZ time zone
