This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Part-time (20+ hours/week) Monday through Friday 10am to 2pm Pacific Standard

We’re seeking an experienced AP/AR Bookkeeper to join an energetic finance team in a role that offers significant growth potential. Responsibilities
  • Drive accuracy and efficiency in accounts payable and receivable operations using QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
  • Manage and optimize data entry processes for financial transactions
  • Execute daily bookkeeping tasks with precision and attention to detail
  • Perform regular account reconciliations, including customer deposits
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain clear communication channels with team leadership
  • Support month-end closing procedures as needed

Requirements
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise
  • Strong background in AP/AR management and reconciliation
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial data entry and bookkeeping
  • Excellence in accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
  • Proficiency with modern business communication tools (Slack, etc.)
  • Comfortable working during Pacific Time Zone business hours
  • Professional approach to handling confidential financial information
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Previous remote work experience preferred
