🎬 Freelance Video Editor (Per Project)

About Us:
Private Label Staff is a women-owned, WBENC- and WOSB-certified talent acquisition consulting firm dedicated to building brands, scaling businesses, and telling great stories. As we grow our digital presence and thought leadership, we’re looking for a freelance video editor who can bring our content to life—one polished, engaging video at a time.

The Role:
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and fast-moving freelance video editor to support ongoing content projects. This is a per-project paid opportunity, ideal for someone who thrives on storytelling, clean editing, and creating compelling videos for social media, marketing, and brand visibility.

What You’ll Work On:

• Editing short-form content (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, TikToks)
• Polishing longer-form content (podcast clips, interviews, founder videos)
• Adding subtitles, branded elements, basic motion graphics, and hooks
• Collaborating with our team to match our voice, tone, and brand aesthetic
• Delivering final versions optimized for platform-specific formats
  
  

You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have a strong portfolio with similar video work (bonus for business/brand content)
• Can turn around projects quickly (2–5 days per piece depending on scope)
• Know how to create social-first, scroll-stopping edits
• Are experienced with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut Pro
• Communicate well and take feedback with ease

Pay Structure:

• Per-project rate, based on scope and content length (to be agreed upon in advance)
• Opportunity for consistent, ongoing work
