In this dynamic role, the successful candidate will work with our Ontario Billing Operations Team to provide exceptional service to our customers and grow the MDBilling.ca brand of excellence. This position is full-time, permanent, with a remote working environment.

What Will You Do?

  • Maintain accurate customer account records

  • Process medical claims

  • Reconcile monthly remittance advice

  • Resolve issues efficiently and effectively

  • Respond to billing questions

  • Respond to emails in a timely manner

What do you need to succeed? Must have;

  • 4+ year of administrative and customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Great attention to detail

  • A strong understanding of general computer knowledge.

  • Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Outstanding personal skills and work collaboratively within a team setting.

Nice to Have

  • OHIP Billing work experience (a huge plus)

  • Completion of certified courses - Medical Billing or equivalent
