Appointment Setter (ZR_23172_JOB)

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5pm Pacific (12:30 AM to 9:00 AM Manila Time.)with a 30-minute unpaid break
  
• Client Timezone: Hesperia, California USA
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to businesses with upcoming insurance policy renewals
  
• Introduce Farmers Insurance and gauge interest in competitive quotes
  
• Set appointments for insurance agents or facilitate live transfers to the agency
  
• Follow provided scripts to effectively communicate value propositions
  
• Update contact lists and maintain accurate call outcome records
  
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and appointment-setting goals
  
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss performance and strategies
  

• Excellent communication skills in English
  
• Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor
  
• Basic understanding of business insurance concepts
  
• Ability to follow scripts and adapt conversation flow
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center software
  
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
