Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule
  • Monday-Friday. 8:30pm-5pm (8:30 PM to 5:00 AM PHT)  (includes 30 min unpaid break), EST

Responsibilities:
  • Manage medical records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Handle insurance authorizations for patient treatments
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient messages promptly
  • Conduct new patient intake processes
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
  • Utilize RingCentral for communication tasks

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and medical software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge is a plus
