Job Description

You’ll be the cornerstone of the company’s digital infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of course delivery while providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic landing page updates based on data-driven marketing recommendations
  • Create engaging social media graphics using established templates and brand guidelines
  • Manage customer communications with professionalism and technical accuracy
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement platform optimizations
  • Support on the creation of one social post per week
  • Monitor and maintain platform performance, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
