This is a remote position.
Develop, execute, and optimize e-commerce marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), email, and affiliate platforms
Manage SEO and PPC initiatives to increase site traffic and online visibility
Oversee content creation and optimization for product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and metadata
Collaborate with design and content teams to produce promotional materials, landing pages, and A/B tests
Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) to track performance and generate reports on KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI
Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy and pricing
Support promotional planning, sales campaigns, and new product launches
Work with developers and UX teams to improve site navigation, speed, and user experience
Manage and grow email marketing lists and segmentation strategies
Coordinate with marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, eBay) to ensure optimized product visibility and performance
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce
Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.)
Proficient in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio)
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices, CRO, and A/B testing
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Marketplace
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and campaign execution
Graphic design or video editing skills are a plus
Experience working in a DTC (direct-to-consumer) environment
