Freelance Email Marketing & Newsletter Specialist

🚀 TheHRChapter is looking for a Freelance Email Marketing & Newsletter Specialist to join our team and support two growing brands with purpose-driven missions.

This is a remote, project-based, ongoing collaboration with room to grow.

About your functions and responsibilities

You will lead the planning, creation, and management of email campaigns and newsletters for two of our key brands:

TheHRChapter – Content and community for HR professionals and leaders
Coach4Expats – Personal and professional coaching for expats around the world

In this role, you will:

• Plan and manage a content calendar tailored to each brand

• Write, edit, and design newsletters aligned with our voice and audience

• Build and segment email lists; set up automations and sequences as needed

• Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and propose improvements

• Coordinate directly with brand founders to adapt communications to events, promotions, and launches

What do you need to be successful?

• Proven experience in email marketing and newsletter creation
• Strong writing and editing skills in English and/or Spanish (both is a plus)
  
• Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, MailerLite, or Brevo
  
• Basic design skills and UX sensibility for email content
  
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  
• Interest in coaching, personal development, HR, or similar fields is a plus.
