Job Title: Junior Bookkeeper
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

Were seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and digital expense tracking. This is a hands-on support role ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to grow into broader responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify accounts payable documentation.
  • Process receipts and manage credit card expense compliance.
  • Post payments and facilitate vendor purchases.
  • Assist with monthly account reconciliations.
  • Maintain documentation in tools like Notion and Excel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial tasks for multiple clients.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting support.
  • Comfortable using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
  • Familiarity with Excel and basic financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with an eagerness to learn.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working across multiple clients or business entities.
  • Familiarity with practice management tools like Keeper.
  • Exposure to Xero.
  • Proficiency in Excel formulas for simple financial analysis or presentations.
