This is a remote position.

Role Name: Social Media Specialist

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20+ hours per week), Flexible Schedule

Client Timezone: New Zealand Time Zone (NZT)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms using content management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Loomly)
  • Create and schedule email campaigns using Klaviyo platform
  • Design social media content using provided templates in Canva
  • Create carousel posts and other social media content following brand guidelines
  • Implement content calendars and posting schedules
  • Use brand-specific ChatGPT prompts to generate content in appropriate tone of voice
  • Upload and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Follow established processes for content creation and scheduling

Requirements:

  • Experience with social media management platforms
  • Proficiency in content creation and scheduling
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience preferred)
  • Basic design skills, particularly with Canva
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently following established processes
  • English language proficiency
  • Experience with content management systems

Scope:
