Key responsibilities:

  • Manage project quality engineers, IPQC, and OQC teams.
  • Lead internal PSO document reviews and iPSO audits.
  • Initiate and monitor safe launch activities and performance execution.
  • Report on key performance indices and manage customer complaints effectively.

What You Will Do

  • Responsible for people management of project QEs, IPQC and OQC.
  • Responsible for leading internal PSO document review and iPSO audit.
  • Responsible for initiating safe launch activities and monitor the execution performance
  • Responsible for collecting and submitting PPAP documents.
  • Responsible for delivering quality training and providing quality support to the project team.
  • Responsible for participating in failures analysis and quality issue investigation.
  • Responsible for monitoring manufacturing process.
  • Existing SOP project quality control maintenance.
  • Continuous improvement activities to improve COPQ
  • Train and coach quality engineers
  • Compliance to IATF16949 and customer requirements.
  • Compliance to Harman BMS
  • Report weekly, monthly, quarterly on external and internal Key Performance Index, quality status.
  • Responsible for fast-response of customer 0km complaint
  • Responsible for root-cause for customer 0km complaint
  • Responsible for action effectiveness for customer 0km complaint
  • Other additional tasks assigned by his/her supervisor.

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in electrical engineering
  • 10 years quality working experience in automotive/audio/electronics industries, including 3 years as a management position.
  • Must have a very good skills and experience about problem solving.
  • Have a thorough understanding of statistical methods, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and automotive quality management systems.
  • Active participation in ISO/TS 16949 assessments.
  • Experience obtained working in automotive industry.
  • Quality related experience is highly desirable  Direct experience with handling the customer complains.
  • Good presentation skill and communication skill.
  • Proficient in both oral and written English is a MUST

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Bachelor or above in Electrical enginering
  • Quality related working experience in OEM
  • Experince about handling customer complains for multiple OEMs

What Makes You Eligible

  • Must be a self-starter as a team player. 
  • Must have a command of documenting, and analytical skills.
  • Must be fluent in speaking and written Mandarin as well as skils with written and speaking English.
  • Good communication capability and team cooperation spirit.
  • Capable of operating related and porfessional software,Excel PowerPoint etc.
