About the Role

Litify is seeking a dynamic and experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on implementing and scaling automation within our testing processes, driving efficiency and improving overall software quality. You will lead a team of QA engineers, mentor them in automation best practices, and collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure seamless releases.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy with a primary focus on expanding our automation foot print.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.
  • Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and processes.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using tools like Cypress or Playwright.
  • Drive the transition from manual to automated testing, identifying opportunities for automation across the SDLC.
  • Track and report on key QA metrics, including test coverage, defect rates, and automation efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure testability and quality throughout the development process.
  • Partner with the Customer Support team in triaging complex application issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend new QA tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you have/are:

  • Proven experience in a QA leadership role with a strong focus on automation in a fast pace organization.
  • Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
  • Experience in building test plans for releases, determining risk assessment and impact for software applications and how to build those into a test plan.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • A willingness to collaborate and build knowledge within a QA team - sharing experience and knowledge to further objectives.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity and/or experience working with Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce debugging logs, bug tracking and test management toolsets to support development processes.

Disclosure:
The estimated pay range for this role is $120,000-130,000. You may also be offered a bonus and benefits.
