Job description

Rockstar is blending human recruiters with GenAI to help small-to-midsize businesses hire professional talent efficiently. We work with smaller US-based companies who need top talent without the hefty fees of traditional recruiting.

About the Role

The company is seeking a Growth Associate. You'll work directly with the Founder & CEO to execute our current growth playbook and help generate & validate new ideas. We're seeing tremendous organic interest in our product so the growth efforts are focused around referrals and CRM activities (not cold calling or cold outreach!). As you succeed, you'll be first in line to help drive our experimentation roadmap and build out a team.

We're open to folks from a variety of backgrounds. You must be ambitious, smart, and hungry. But we're open to people with a wide range of experiences. You don't have to strictly come from growth or sales.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Referral & Warm Outreach
    • Monitor a company watchlist and send personalized outreach when target companies open roles.
    • Manage and grow the referral program—engage with existing members, ask for introductions, and draft forwardable emails.
  • Partnership & Channel Development
    • Identify and reach out to potential channel partners (e.g., fractional executives, business coaches, nonprofit organizations).
    • Craft compelling partnership pitch emails.
  • Content & Engagement
    • Post new job openings on LinkedIn and tag relevant parties to maximize visibility.
  • Experimentation
    • Propose & validate new growth motions
