Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (flexible hours)

Client Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time)


Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential clients from provided lists of businesses

  • Identify businesses that need website development or logo design services

  • Conduct professional conversations with small business owners

  • Present the free mockup website offer to qualified prospects

  • Collect necessary information and email addresses for follow-up

  • Forward interested prospects to the project manager for contract discussions

  • Document call outcomes and maintain communication records

  • Use provided tools (Click Up, Slack) for project management and team communication

Requirements:

  • Native-level English speaking ability with a neutral American accent

  • Previous experience in telecommunications or sales

  • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills

  • Professional phone presence and customer service orientation

  • Ability to work independently while following established processes

  • Experience with basic business software and communication tools

  • Excellent listening skills and ability to identify customer needs

  • Female candidate preferred due to target demographic alignment

Scope:

  • Part-time position (hours to be determined)

  • Remote work arrangement

  • Working within US business hours (specific schedule TBD)

  • Initial part-time role with potential to expand to full-time

  • Direct reporting to project manager for qualified leads

  • Using company-provided systems and tools

  • Non-commission based role at $7.55/hour

  • Focus on lead generation rather than closing sales
