Job Overview

Join a dynamic international business consulting firm as a Senior Marketing Assistant, where you'll play a crucial role in managing marketing initiatives across multiple business units including consulting services and an e-learning platform. This position offers the opportunity to work with global clients scaling their businesses across major markets including the US, UK, Singapore, and beyond. You'll be part of an innovative team helping businesses achieve international growth, while managing comprehensive marketing campaigns and content strategies. This role provides excellent exposure to global markets and the chance to work with diverse stakeholders while utilizing your advanced marketing coordination skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the marketing calendar across multiple business units

  • Draft and coordinate content creation for various channels, including social media and newsletters

  • Schedule and manage LinkedIn posts and company page content

  • Monitor and analyze performance of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Set up and manage webinar events using Humanitix platform

  • Coordinate with guest speakers to collect bios and headshots

  • Create banner pages and event invitations

  • Manage EDM templates and subscriber lists in Hubspot

  • Generate and analyze marketing performance reports

  • Coordinate content approval processes with management

  • Assist with basic research and administrative projects as needed

  • Direct reporting to management for content approval

  • Cross-functional coordination with marketing manager and team members

  • Management of marketing initiatives across consulting, accelerator, and online academy business units

  • Potential to assist with additional administrative and research projects

  • Remote work with focus on digital marketing channels and virtual events

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing coordination or similar role

  • Strong working knowledge of Hubspot, WordPress, and LinkedIn

  • Experience with Google Drive and content management systems

  • Proven experience working with international clients or markets

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Experience in webinar and event coordination

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience with email marketing and template management

  • Familiarity with social media management and content creation

  • Understanding of different cultural contexts and communication styles
