Job description

• Managing client records & scheduling via Halaxy, ensuring accurate appointments and streamlined client communication.
• Processing insurance claims and managing bulk-billing administration to ensure smooth reimbursements.
• Handling financial tasks such as invoicing, payments, and expense tracking using Xero.
• Managing emails & communications through Outlook, including responding to inquiries and coordinating appointments.
• Overseeing social media by scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and maintaining an online presence.
• Creating & maintaining documents using Microsoft Office, including reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Coordinating outreach appointments with schools and not-for-profit organizations, ensuring smooth scheduling.
• Supporting group work & training logistics, including organizing materials and participant coordination.
• General administrative support, such as file management, compliance documentation, and assisting the mental health team as needed.
