About the role


We are in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Release Manager who will report to the Project Manager Team Lead to oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment of software releases on our platforms. As a pivotal link between engineering, QA, and product teams, you will ensure that releases are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with strategic goals. to oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and deployment of software releases of our platforms. Role Responsibilities

  • Manage releases from planning to deployment, ensuring quality and compliance 
  • Monitor deliverables that are close to completion, by verifying and tracking progress.
  • Coordinate with software engineering, devops, QA, product management and compliance teams to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain, document and suggest improvements to SDLC processes. 
  • Validate releases, and address post-deployment issues.
  • Serve as the point of contact for release-related communications, providing regular updates to leadership and team members.
  • Facilitate release readiness and post-release review meetings.

What you will bring:

  • BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
  • 3+ years in Release Management, Technical Project Management or a DevOps role.
  • Basic familiarity with CI/CD tools ( such as Teamcity, Jenkins etc), Git, Linux (Ubuntu) and scripting (Python/Bash).
  • Experience with Jira and tracking projects and roadmaps
  • Fluency in written and verbal English 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational, project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

Nice to have: 

  • Familiarity with regulations, such as ISO27001, GDPR, CE/IVD.
  • Experience with the healthcare industry or other regulated industries.
