Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Sales Operations Manager to manage and support operational processes and drive efficiency across the Employer and Individual departments. This role will collaborate closely with Sales, Enrollment, and Retention leadership to formulate strategy, enhance performance, and ensure the procurement of necessary materials and resources. The Associate Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for partnering with Employer and Individual and Finance leadership to oversee and deliver internal audit processes and communications on a monthly basis. This role will also assist in the documentation and reporting required to support these internal audit processes.

What you’ll do:

  • You are the single point of contact for all internal audit activities within the Sales Center and Finance, and all outbound call activities within the Sales Center and/or between the vendor and eHealth.

  • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operation of the organization.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.

  • Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity.

  • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within the defined budget.

  • Demonstrate eHealth’s values in your behaviors, practices, and decisions.

Who you are:

  • 3 years in a Sales, Operations, or Project Management role.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout the organization.

  • Proven track record for working effectively with technical and business functions.

  • Previous health insurance industry experience.

  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities under deadline pressure. 

  • Call center technology experience desired.

The base pay range reflects the anticipated pay range for this position. The actual base pay offered will depend on various factors including individual skills, experience, performance, qualifications, the department budget, and the location where work is performed. Base pay is one component of eHealth’s total rewards package, which also includes an annual performance bonus, plus an array of benefits designed to support employees’ personal and professional wellness.
