What is the role?

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Payment Operations Agent for one of our global clients who is focused on transforming charitable giving. As a Payment Operations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payments, while maintaining compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to support the seamless flow of donations.

Essential Requirements

  • Fluent English speaker
  • Business writing experience
  • Quantitative and analytical skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Bank account review on Admin Dashboard
  • Mark bank transfers as paid on Admin Dashboard
  • Mark cheques as paid / returned on Cheques spreadsheet and Admin Dashboard
  • Should demonstrate strong analytical skills to investigate payment transactions

Work Location

  • Home-based
  • Should have strong internet connection (minimum of 20 mbps)
  • Should have own Laptop/PC (minimum of i5 8GB RAM)
