Job description

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Global IBP Process Design Sr Manager for our global client in the FMCG industry. We are looking for a candidate to be based in Europe.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in demand, supply, commercial, and financial planning.
  • 10+ years in business process management.
  • 6+ years in project management and continuous improvement.
  • Experience implementing IBP programs in global businesses is a bonus.
  • 10+ years in FMCG.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, capable of managing in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Ability to influence and align people effectively.
  • Comfortable in an international, multi-cultural environment.
  • Knowledge of ERP and/or IBP systems (e.g., SAP, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
  • Native or full professional proficiency in English.Candidate must be based in the EU and must hold an EU passport or an EU Blue Card

Responsibilities:

  • Implement IBP global template, integrating with supply, demand, commercial, and financial planning.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities for local market transitions.
  • Lead workshops to ensure design understanding and clear roles.
  • Document and maintain processes across various levels.
  • Capture connectivity of planning processes with IBP.
  • Specify and document global system architecture requirements.
  • Build and maintain localized training content.
  • Address business and user requirements through design.
  • Recommend automation, centralization, or elimination of processes.
  • Present process designs for global template approval.
  • Support hiring, training, and onboarding of new team members.
