Requirements

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in the company’s accounting and finance functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, account reconciliations, and operational finance tasks. The ideal candidate has at least five years of accounting experience, preferably with a CPA designation and a background in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and execute the month-end close process, including preparing and reviewing journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.

·       Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

·       Perform account reconciliations for key balance sheet and income statement accounts.

·       Oversee and manage client deposits, ensuring accurate recording and reporting.

·       Assist in the analysis and administration of variable compensation plans, including calculations and compliance reviews.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve accounting processes and controls.

·       Support external audit processes by preparing schedules and responding to auditor inquiries.

·       Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

·       Contribute to financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting efforts as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
