Job description

Our client is a fast-growing AI company revolutionizing conversational AI experiences for roleplay, gaming, social interactions, and creative writing. 

They are looking for a Social Ads Acquisition Manager to lead paid media campaigns across diverse platforms, driving user acquisition and growth in this high-impact role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, and direct media buys.
  • Manage campaigns on ad networks such as Exoclick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars, and Adsterra, with training provided for adult-specific channels if needed.
  • Continuously improve campaign performance through A/B testing, targeting refinements, and budget allocation strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and other advanced analytics platforms.
  • Test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and new formats based on performance metrics and market trends.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Data, and Product teams to align advertising strategies with broader company objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishers, ad networks, and other partners to secure favorable placements and negotiate optimal terms.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with platform regulations and industry standards, proactively managing risks related to ad compliance.

Your Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying with proven success in managing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Voluum, and other industry-specific platforms.
  • Familiarity with ad formats (banners, preroll, push traffic, popunders, in-page push, interstitials) and their application in media buying strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative abilities.
