As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hostaway, you’ll lead hiring for our high-impact, high-volume Go-To-Market (GTM) teams—including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, and Technical Support—primarily across North America. You’ll drive the full recruitment lifecycle from strategic role definition to closing top-tier talent that fuels our growth.
You’ll work closely with North American hiring managers as a trusted advisor, shaping recruitment strategies and guiding them through data-driven hiring decisions. At the same time, you’ll be a core member of our People & Talent team, which is primarily based in Europe. Despite the distance, you’ll participate in all our team ceremonies (timezone permitting), contribute to team initiatives, and help us continuously improve how we hire at scale.

Partner with hiring managers to define roles, optimize hiring processes, and deliver speed and quality at scale.
Own and meet hiring KPIs (time-to-fill, candidate experience, pipeline quality), and coach hiring teams on best practices.
Source and engage top talent across North America through multiple channels, leveraging outbound strategies and market insights.
Provide a best-in-class candidate experience, identifying areas to enhance the process and ensuring consistent, timely communication.
Maintain clear documentation throughout the hiring process, including structured feedback, scorecards, and stakeholder-ready updates.
Continuously assess and improve our recruitment processes, tools, and playbooks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with People Operations to ensure a seamless handoff from recruitment through onboarding.
