Job description

Madrivo is looking for a sharp, detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team as a Content Review Analyst. This is a great entry point into digital media, advertising compliance, and brand protection for someone who is highly observant, has excellent writing and language skills, and enjoys applying judgment to nuanced material.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, and eager to learn how laws and policies apply to the fast-moving world of marketing.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review digital advertising materials, including emails, landing pages, and affiliate campaigns
  • Evaluate content for alignment with company guidelines and applicable marketing policies
  • Assist with managing consumer privacy requests under applicable data protection laws
  • Review third-party marketing methods for clarity, accuracy, and regulatory alignment
  • Help ensure our partners follow Madrivo’s internal standards and procedures
  • Perform research on marketing trends, digital content guidelines, and relevant regulatory topics
  • Review forms, disclosures, and promotional materials for clear and accurate messaging
  • Conduct manual and automated online searches to identify potential issues with affiliate content or intellectual property misuse
  • Monitor partner behavior and escalate any concerns around fraud or compliance breaches
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal documentation and procedures
  • Perform other tasks and projects as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional with strong academic or professional writing experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong sense of judgment and discernment—especially in reviewing written or visual content
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative when tackling new topics or unfamiliar tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment as well as collaborating with a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • (Bonus) Familiarity with digital marketing, affiliate networks, or data privacy
  • (Bonus) Exposure to platforms such as SQL, Airtable, HubSpot, Everflow, HitPath, or LeadsPedia
