This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, London, UK (BST)
  • 40 hours per week

Job Description:

Immerse yourself in the exciting world of AI as a Technical Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the development and maintenance of the company’s groundbreaking AI products. From troubleshooting technical issues to executing repetitive tasks with precision, your contributions will directly impact the success of these innovative solutions.


Responsibilities:
  • Perform repetitive technical tasks related to the company’s AI products, following detailed video guides provided by the founder
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills by independently troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges as they arise
  • Potentially handle customer support tickets, providing prompt and effective assistance to users of the AI products
  • Assist with tasks involving Google Sheets, DNS settings, domain management using Cloudflare, and chatbot prompt creation
  • Utilize the “GoHighLevel” tool proficiently to accomplish various assignments

Requirements
  • Possess a strong technical aptitude and a passion for problem-solving
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, DNS, and domain management
  • Ability to quickly adapt and learn new software and tools, including GoHighLevel
  • Excellent English communication skills to collaborate with the team effectively and potentially interact with customers
