Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours/week - Flexible scheduling available during client's business hours, 8am to 6pm Central timezone

Client Timezone: Central Time Zone (with some Eastern Time Zone coverage)


Scope
:

  • Location: Remote work, primarily serving US-based clients across multiple time zones (Central and Eastern)

  • Team interaction: Regular communication with business owner and other team members

  • Systems: Email, social media platforms, possibly RingCentral

  • Geographic coverage: Supporting operations across multiple states including Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, and Texas


Responsibilities
:

  • Manage and organize email communications, including clearing significant email backlog

  • Handle client-facing communications and build relationships with prospects and existing clients

  • Support client acquisition initiatives through various channels

  • Manage and expand social media presence across multiple platforms

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements

  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks

  • Support overall business operations across multiple states

  • Help maintain and organize client profiles and records


Requirements
:

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Experience in client-facing roles

  • Proficiency in email management and organizational tools

  • Social media management experience (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)

  • Ability to work independently while being an integrated team member

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Experience with virtual/remote work environment

  • Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
