This is a remote position.
Schedule:
20 hours/week - Flexible scheduling available during client's business hours, 8am to 6pm Central timezone
Client Timezone: Central Time Zone (with some Eastern Time Zone coverage)
Scope:
Location: Remote work, primarily serving US-based clients across multiple time zones (Central and Eastern)
Team interaction: Regular communication with business owner and other team members
Systems: Email, social media platforms, possibly RingCentral
Geographic coverage: Supporting operations across multiple states including Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia, Florida, and Texas
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize email communications, including clearing significant email backlog
Handle client-facing communications and build relationships with prospects and existing clients
Support client acquisition initiatives through various channels
Manage and expand social media presence across multiple platforms
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements
Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
Support overall business operations across multiple states
Help maintain and organize client profiles and records
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills
Experience in client-facing roles
Proficiency in email management and organizational tools
Social media management experience (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT PORTFOLIOS)
Ability to work independently while being an integrated team member
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with virtual/remote work environment
Insurance industry experience preferred but not required
