This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday EST, 40 hours a week

  • Full-time position with extended hours coverage (8:30 AM ET into evening hours)

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Drive client success through proactive appointment scheduling, follow-up, and calendar management
  • Orchestrate internal team meetings and ensure seamless communication flow
  • Champion client preparedness by monitoring document submissions and conducting thorough follow-up
  • Maintain and optimize multiple tracking systems for business intelligence and reporting
  • Execute data entry and analysis for key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Manage sensitive client documentation with meticulous attention to detail
  • Support new team member onboarding through systematic tracking and coordination
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of confidential financial documents
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and clients
  • Generate and distribute essential meeting materials and follow-up documentation
Requirements
