This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday; 10:00am to 7:00pm with 1hr unpaid break

Job Description

Take ownership of an exciting and multifaceted social media marketing role where you’ll drive digital engagement and lead generation across multiple platforms. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies, create compelling content, and manage paid advertising campaigns that speak to both B2B and B2C audiences. This position offers significant autonomy and growth potential, working directly with senior leadership to transform social media presence into tangible business results. You’ll be instrumental in sharing the company’s sustainability story and innovative solutions through authentic digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok)
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns through social media
  •  Create and edit video, still pictures and audio content for various platforms.
  • Create scripts for NZ/AU team to capture audio/video content to follow social media trends, content gaps, engaging posts that are authentic and relevant.
  • Create, manage, develop Podcast audio/video content for products, interviewing customers, industry news to post on Spotify, YouTube etc
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns through Meta Business Suite,
  • Generate authentic storytelling content aligned with company messaging
  • Create marketing collateral and presentation materials
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings from lead generation efforts
  • Monitor and optimize social media performance
  • Direct message potential / target clients through LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Support calendar management for sales meetings

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in social media marketing
  • Proven experience with content creation and video editing
  • Proficiency in social media management across multiple platforms
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and paid advertising
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Experience in B2B social media marketing preferred
