Position Overview:

Were looking for a technically curious and creatively minded AI Specialist to help supercharge our YouTube content production. You wont be making the videos -- but you'll be the key enabler, integrating AI tools to improve how scripts are written, visuals are created, and animations come to life. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on experimentation and wants to bring cutting-edge AI into practical, everyday use for a high-performing creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate new AI tools relevant to video production (e.g., ChatGPT, Runway ML, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Pika Labs).
• Build tailored prompts and lightweight automations to assist scriptwriters, editors, and designers.
• Support the animation team by identifying AI tools that aid 3D model generation or pipeline acceleration.
• Develop or help coordinate small-scale internal tool integrations (e.g., APIs, internal dashboards).
• Partner with creative team members to identify workflow pain points and recommend AI-powered solutions.
• Create simple training materials or documentation to help teammates adopt new tools.

Qualifications:

• Experience using AI tools in a content creation context (especially YouTube, TikTok, or short-form video).
• Strong prompting skills with tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway ML.
• Technically intuitive and quick to test and evaluate new tools.
• High curiosity and creativity in solving workflow challenges.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with APIs or no-code tools (Python, Make/Zapier, OpenAI API).
• Basic understanding of 3D modeling workflows.
• Background in YouTube or video production environments.
• Familiarity with editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Blender.
• Ability to document and train others on tool usage.
