Strong written and spoken English skills. 3 + years proven experience in personal/executive assistant. Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational abilities and discretion. Ability to work across a variety of different tasks in a fast paced environment. Capacity to carry out ad hoc admin tasks independently and efficiently. Experience in the marine industry or basic understanding is preferable.

Core responsibilities:

Manage executive schedules, prioritize communications, and handle travel arrangements. Facilitate communication between executives and stakeholders, drafting and proofreading correspondence. Organize files, conduct research, and maintain confidentiality of information. Assist in project planning and execution, coordinating logistics and tracking timelines. Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients, providing proactive support. Assist with general admin tasks for the business. Respond quickly and professionally to executive requests. oversee inventory management to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations
