Job description

We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support. As a Virtual Assistant, you will handle various tasks to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is tech-savvy, and can work independently with minimal supervision.

Mode of Interview

  • Second round: Interview with hiring manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Schedule and Manage meetings.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  •  Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  •  Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
  •  Follow up with stakeholders on action items.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Must be available to work during USA business hours.
