Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM EDT
Number of working hours per week: 40 Hours

Responsibilities
  • Meticulously transfer and input data across various spreadsheet formats, ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform daily quality checks on entered data to maintain consistency and ensure data integrity.
  • Process large volumes of data efficiently, meeting or exceeding daily productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify, report, and resolve any data discrepancies, and proactively suggest process improvements.
  • Stay adaptable and embrace new software tools and data management techniques as our systems evolve.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on best practices in data entry, management, and systems usage.
  • Maintain a professional yet friendly tone when interacting with internal teams or clients, ensuring smooth communication.

Requirements
  • Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong ability to maintain high accuracy when managing large datasets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent typing speed and data entry skills, balancing both speed and precision.
  • Basic understanding of data management principles and best practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with a friendly yet professional approach to working with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Ability to work independently while being an effective collaborator within a team.
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude, always seeking opportunities to improve processes.
  • Comfort with change and adaptability to evolving business needs and software tools.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
  • Experience in Asana is a plus but not required.
