This is a remote position.
Hours: 20 hrs/week to start
Plan and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Facebook
Design on-brand graphics using Canva (reels, stories, posts, pins, etc.)
Repurpose podcast/blog content into short-form video or carousel posts
Monitor trends and brainstorm brand-aligned content ideas
Create and manage Pinterest boards for mood/inspo and shoppable content
Manage the brand App (community check-ins, goal prompts, member support)
Respond to DMs, app comments, and member posts with warmth and energy
Support with monthly challenges, giveaways, and accountability group prompts
Prepare community reports on engagement + growth
Schedule email campaigns
Manage Shopify backend: upload products, create collections, update homepage
Track content performance and report insights monthly (what’s working, what’s not)
Assist with launching & promoting the Kickstarter campaign (assets, comments)
Keep brand folders, captions, and content calendars organized in Asana or Google Drive
Help prepare for photoshoots, events, and pop-ups (asset lists, invites, moodboards)
Research aligned influencers, podcasts, or partners for collaborations
Have experience supporting a fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brand
Know how to build and engage a female-forward community
Are a Canva expert, TikTok trend spotter, and social strategy whiz
Are highly organised, with great communication and a creative edge
Can write engaging captions and understand brand tone
Love building something meaningful from the ground up
