Job description

• Manage all front desk operations, including client bookings, confirmations, enquiries and redirect to relevant team members as needed.

 
Make thoughtful follow-up calls and recalls ensuring client satisfaction

 
Review, organise inbound enquires across digital advertising platforms (Meta and Google ads), and support clients through every stage of their skin and cosmetic journey

 
Monitor and maintain effective admin procedures prior to clinic appointment including consent forms, pre- and post-care instructions, and stock management

 
Educate clients on our treatments, promotions, and skincare offerings

 
Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and confidentiality

 Social Media & Digital Engagement

• 
Monitor and respond to social media messages and comments professionally

 Develop quarterly content posts for our social media.

 
Contribute up to 4 weekly posts across reels, stories, and regular post, with effects hash-tagging to increase brand visibility.

 
Support the marketing team with scheduling and social media planning
