Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Executive - HC with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Excel and domain experience in Provider and Payer. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. The candidate should be proficient in English (Read/Write Speak).

Responsibilities

  • Handle data entry and management tasks using MS Excel to ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to Provider and Payer domains to support business operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
  • Provide support in preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.
  • Assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues related to data processing.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
  • Monitor and track progress of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve data management processes.
  • Support other team members as needed to achieve overall team goals.
