Internship Overview: This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our talented professionals and gain valuable insights and relative skills for your degree program. Scope of Position:

The Marketing & Multimedia Intern will support the marketing and communications team on a variety of creative and operational projects. This internship is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or multimedia. The intern will gain real-world experience by contributing to live virtual events, digital content production, social media assets, and organizational projects within a dynamic, collaborative remote team

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in content creation across social media, video, and internal platforms
  • Support live or pre-recorded virtual event production and coordination
  • Repurpose long-form video content into short-form, captioned clips
  • Help maintain and organize content in HubSpot and shared folders
  • Create visual assets using Canva (or similar tools) for web and social use
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and team meetings
  • Conduct light research on trends in content, design, or audience engagement

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Interest or experience in digital content, streaming, or virtual events
  • Proficiency with Canva or other design tools
  • Familiarity with video, streaming, or virtual event platforms like YouTube, Zoom, RingCentral etc.
  • Strong organizational and file management skills
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with multiple time zones

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6-12 weeks; anticipated up to 15 hours per week. / hours are flexible based on candidate availability. 
  • Location: Remote
  • Stipend: Unpaid (college credit and/or letter of recommendation available)
