Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Los Angeles, CA Time, with 1-hour unpaid break Pacific time.
Responsibilities:
Prepare design concepts and layout drawings for remodeling, single-family homes, and ADU projects. Draft construction documents using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Assist with preparing permit sets in compliance with California building codes.
Coordinate design revisions and updates with the U.S.-based project managers and construction teams.
Conduct remote site support by reviewing photos, field reports, and communicating with the team.
Review and respond to shop drawings and material submittals.
Research and recommend building materials based on project specifications.
Resolve design-related issues through virtual coordination.
Maintain organized digital project records and manage document updates.
Communicate effectively through email, video calls, and project management platforms.
Perform other tasks as requested by the team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture.
Active architectural license (required).
1–3 years of experience working on residential projects, preferably U.S. or international projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Knowledge of U.S. (specifically California) building codes and permitting standards.
