This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 30 paid hours per week
  • Monday to Saturday; 9 AM to 2 PM
  • Commissions will be provided for hitting targets

Job Description

Take your construction industry expertise and sales abilities to the next level in this dynamic appointment setting role. You’ll be the vital first point of contact for homeowners seeking premium renovation services, utilizing your knowledge of construction and home improvement to qualify prospects and set appointments. This role offers a competitive base rate plus performance-based commissions after 90 days, creating excellent earning potential. You’ll work in a professional environment with sophisticated technology and support systems, setting the stage for renovation projects that transform homes and delight clients.

Responsibilities
  • Execute 80-100 targeted outbound calls during each 4-hour shift using advanced dialer technology
  • Achieve target of 10 qualified appointments weekly (averaging 2 per day)
  • Engage with homeowners to understand their renovation needs and match them with our services
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all prospect interactions in our modern CRM system
  • Manage follow-up scheduling and lead nurturing processes
  • Create detailed appointment notes to prepare our team for successful consultations
  • Qualify prospects based on project scope, timeline, and budget parameters
  • Track and report on key performance metrics
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of proven cold calling/appointment setting experience
  • Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or related industry required
  • Excellent English communication skills with neutral accent
  • Demonstrated ability to work US Pacific Time hours (evening shift in Philippines)
  • Strong technical proficiency with CRM systems and automated dialers
