Responsibilities

Manage follow-up scheduling and lead nurturing processes
Create detailed appointment notes to prepare our team for successful consultations
Qualify prospects based on project scope, timeline, and budget parameters
Track and report on key performance metrics

Requirements

Previous experience in construction, home improvement, or related industry required

Demonstrated ability to work US Pacific Time hours (evening shift in Philippines)
