Role Name: Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time Monday to Friday 9 AM to 4 PM 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Job Description

Take ownership of essential financial operations across multiple business entities in this dynamic remote position. You’ll leverage your QuickBooks expertise to maintain accurate financial records while having the opportunity to contribute to business growth through various administrative support functions. This role offers the perfect blend of structured bookkeeping responsibilities and diverse administrative tasks, providing excellent exposure to multiple aspects of business operations. Responsibilities
  • Execute daily bookkeeping operations using QuickBooks across multiple business entities
  • Perform accurate financial data entry and maintain detailed records
  • Support the establishment of new accounting systems for growing business units
  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct regular account reconciliations and maintain organized documentation
  • Handle various administrative tasks to support business operations
  • Collaborate with leadership to streamline financial processes
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems for multiple entities
  • Support special projects and additional administrative duties as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and modern accounting software
  • Demonstrated success in managing books for multiple business entities
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
  • Available during U.S. business hours
  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with remote work environments preferred
