Job Description:

As the Sales Operations & CRM Administrator, you’ll be the driving force behind sales team accountability and performance optimization. Responsibilities
Drive sales team performance by maintaining comprehensive CRM system oversight
Generate and analyze daily performance metrics and activity reports for executive leadership
Proactively identify and address gaps in lead follow-up and sales activities
Coordinate directly with sales team members to ensure proper lead management and activity tracking
Create executive summaries highlighting key performance indicators and follow-up status
Maintain accurate documentation and notes within the CRM system
Execute light bookkeeping duties including account reconciliations
Develop and implement strategies to improve team accountability and performance
Monitor and report on broker engagement and relationship management
Collaborate with leadership to optimize sales processes and procedures
Requirements
Proven experience with CRM systems and ability to master new technology platforms
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact professionally with sales teams
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and follow-through capabilities
Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and maintain consistent monitoring schedules
Experience in sales operations or sales support preferred
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Basic bookkeeping knowledge and experience
Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and patterns in data
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain positive relationships while enforcing accountability
