As a Level 2 Network Support Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimizing complex network infrastructures for enterprise clients. Perform advanced switch configuration and port management
Mentor Level 1 support team members on technical matters
Develop and maintain network infrastructure documentation
Implement and optimize network monitoring solutions

Requirements

2-3 years of hands-on network support experience
Proven expertise with Cisco networking technologies
Experience managing SonicWall firewall systems
Strong understanding of switch configuration and network protocols
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills in English
Ability to work independently during evening hours
