Job Description

Step into an exciting role where you’ll be the crucial link between homeowners and professional contractors, working with warm leads who have already expressed interest through social media channels. You’ll leverage our advanced CRM system to manage customer relationships, schedule site visits, and ensure a smooth experience for both clients and homeowners. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service and technical expertise, with significant growth potential as we expand our services. Starting as a part-time position with a clear path to full-time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow with us as we scale our operations across multiple accounts.


Responsibilities
  • Connect with pre-qualified leads from Facebook and Instagram to schedule site visits and estimates
  • Manage our state-of-the-art CRM system to track and nurture customers relationships
  • Orchestrate efficient follow-up sequences for leads using both phone and text communications
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries about estimation processes
  • Coordinate with professional contractors to optimize their scheduling
  • Handle warm leads through our automated messaging system
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and appointments
  • Contribute to improve our customer engagement processes
  • Participate in performance-based bonus opportunities
