Location: Melbourne, Australia (Remote/Hybrid but ONLY BASED IN AUSTRALIA)

The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Marketing & Sales team and gain hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and other Zoho One applications. If you're tech-savvy, eager to learn, and excited about working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment—this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and optimization of Zoho CRM for lead management and automation

  • Support email marketing campaigns using Zoho Campaigns

  • Perform market research and help segment and qualify leads

  • Help maintain clean and accurate data in Zoho CRM

  • Create marketing assets, reports, and dashboards

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business development efforts

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms is a plus

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, automation, and sales enablement

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team
