About this Position

This is an exciting opportunity for a rising second or third year law student to gain hands-on experience with a global Commercial Legal team. As a Commercial Legal Intern, you will assist with a variety of contract-related tasks and gain exposure to contracts from multiple regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and initial review of various commercial agreements, such as master services agreements, consulting agreements, license agreements, and vendor agreements.
  • Support the Commercial Legal team in analyzing contractual terms and identifying key legal and business points.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant commercial law topics.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the Company’s contract management system.
  • Undertake other legal tasks as assigned.
  • Contribute to the completion of commercial and other legal team projects.

 Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program at an accredited law school.
  • Strong interest in commercial law and international business.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Enthusiasm to learn about new areas of law and different legal jurisdictions.
  • Sound judgment and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $60,000 (prorated over 12 weeks).
