Job description

We're seeking a senior-level SAP S/4HANA Analyst to support the design, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of an internal program with a focus on SAP-BRIM and Order-to-Cash business processes.

This role is critical across all phases, from early design and testing to post-go-live support and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops for requirements, process design, and user training
Build Agile deliverables: product backlog, user stories, test plans, and RICEFs
Oversee functional testing: SIT, UAT, and Hypercare
Configure and support SAP-BRIM (SOM, CI, CM, CC, FICA)
Support billing data validation, migration, and defect resolution
Document business processes and deliver user readiness materials

Requirements

8+ years of SAP Billing experience; strong hands-on SAP-BRIM expertise
Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash and high-volume usage-based billing
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
Skilled in configuration of pricing, rating, invoicing, dunning, and collections
Strong communication, testing, and workshop leadership skills
Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Azure DevOps (ADO)
